of the China best quality casting and machining companies.

Area Under Roof:  The  factory is located in the Chongqing City.

The covered area for furnace is about 10000sqm

The remaining area has a godown, office building and Foundry

Number of Employees: 3 factories with 505 workers

Tons Production/Month: 1200 MT/month

Open Capacity: With existing infrastructure it is 400MT/month
However, we can add on the facilities to enhance the production further.

Capacity: We can undertake an individual piece casting of weight from 10kg to11000kg.


The Heat Treatment Furnace can accommodate a piece of max.

Arc furnace (one set): capacity is 3Mt
Induction furnace (4 sets): 0.75mt, 1mt, 1.5mt, 2mt each

All our arc furnace and induction furnaces cover a processing capacity of 50-60mton
per day.

For heat treatment furnaces:

Heat treatment furnaces (4 sets): treatment capacity per day is 60mt.
